Delivery Policy

OmniGrowth BPO Pro is a digital service delivered over the internet. This policy sets out exactly how and when your access is delivered, and what to do in the unlikely event that it does not appear.

Last updated: 20 August 2026 · Applies to: omnigrowthbpo.com and the OmniGrowth BPO platform

1. What is delivered

You are buying a subscription to the OmniGrowth BPO Pro web application. Delivery means unlocking your account so you can sign in and use the platform in your browser — the project acquisition tools, AI proposal engine, CRM, communications hub, talent network, delivery workspaces, client portal, analytics and training content described in clause 2 of our terms and conditions.

There is nothing to download and install, and nothing is shipped, posted or couriered to you. There are no delivery, shipping, handling or courier charges of any kind. The price shown at checkout, in South African Rand (ZAR), is the full amount you pay.

There is no free trial and no waiting period. You choose a plan, pay, and the whole platform opens as soon as PayFast confirms the payment. Subscription payments are final, and you can cancel at any time under our refund and cancellation policy.

2. Delivery timeframe

Access is delivered immediately on successful payment — typically within a few minutes

In almost every case your account is unlocked within seconds of PayFast confirming the payment. We ask you to allow up to a few minutes before treating it as a problem, and up to 24 hours in the rare case where a payment method or a notification is delayed (see section 4).

3. How delivery actually works

  • You choose a plan when you create your account, on the Billing page in the app, or by subscribing from the pricing page.
  • You are redirected to PayFast and complete the payment on PayFast’s own secure page. Your card details are entered there and are never seen or stored by us.
  • PayFast confirms the payment to us by sending a signed notification directly to our servers. We verify that notification — its signature, its origin and that the amount matches the plan you chose — before we act on it.
  • Your account is unlocked automatically. On a valid confirmation we activate your subscription, set the date your access runs to, and record an invoice against your account.
  • You are returned to the Billing page, which shows “Payment received — activating your account” and refreshes itself as soon as activation lands. You do not need to do anything, and you must not pay again.

Because activation is driven by PayFast’s confirmation rather than by the browser redirect, your access is safe even if you close the tab, lose signal or your device restarts on the way back.

4. When delivery can take longer

  • Instant EFT and bank-based methods. These can take longer to confirm than a card payment, particularly outside banking hours. Access is delivered as soon as PayFast confirms the funds.
  • Delayed notifications. If the confirmation to our servers fails at the first attempt, PayFast retries it. That can push activation out by minutes to a few hours in unusual cases.
  • Payments flagged for review. Occasionally a payment is held by PayFast or your bank for verification. Delivery follows once it clears.

5. If your access has not appeared

First: do not pay again. A second payment is taken as a second subscription, which we then have to reverse by hand. Instead:

  • Wait a few minutes and refresh the Billing page — activation is usually already on its way.
  • Make sure you are signed in with the same account you started the checkout from.
  • If it has still not appeared, email gareth@omnigrowthbpo.com or call +27 65 865 3451. Include the email address on your account, the plan you bought, and the PayFast payment reference from your confirmation if you have it.

We monitor for payments that did not activate. Support is available Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 South African Standard Time (SAST) and we aim to respond within one business day; where a payment has succeeded but activation did not, we activate the account manually.

If we cannot deliver the access you paid for at all, we return that payment in full. That is money taken for something you never received, and it is returned whenever it happens — no time limit and no conditions. See our refund and cancellation policy.

6. Renewals and continuing access

Nothing needs to be delivered again on renewal. While your subscription is active your access simply continues, and each successful renewal payment extends the date your access runs to. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you have paid for and then stops.

7. What you need in order to use it

A current web browser and an internet connection. The platform is available worldwide, wherever you can reach the internet — but it is sold from South Africa, priced in South African Rand (ZAR), and governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You are responsible for your own internet and device costs.

8. Failed or cancelled checkout

If you cancel on PayFast’s payment page, or a payment fails, you are not charged and nothing is delivered. You are returned to the Billing page, where you can try again whenever you are ready.
