Refund and Cancellation Policy

OmniGrowth BPO Pro is a digital subscription, so there is nothing to return physically. You pay when you sign up — there is no free trial — and subscription payments are final. You can cancel at any time, yourself, with no fee, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Money taken in error is always put right.

1. Summary

  • Payments are final. There is no trial period and no money-back window. Once a subscription payment has been made it is not refunded, including for unused time.
  • See it before you pay. If you want to be sure, book a demo first, or start on the monthly plan and move to a longer plan once you know it suits you.
  • Cancel any time, yourself, from the Billing page. Billing stops, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • No cancellation fee and no minimum term on the monthly plan.
  • Money taken in error is put right, whenever it happens. A double charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a wrong amount is returned — that has no time limit.
  • Your statutory rights are never affected. Where South African law gives you a right that goes further than this policy, the law wins.

2. No trial, and no refund window

We would rather you saw OmniGrowth BPO Pro on real work than on a crippled version, so there is no free trial. You choose a plan, you pay, and the whole platform opens as soon as PayFast confirms the payment. Because access is immediate and complete, payments are final from that moment.

Before you commit, you have two ways to be sure it is right for you:

  • Book a demo. We walk you through the platform on a real brief, at no cost, before you pay anything.
  • Start monthly. The monthly plan has no minimum term. Use it for a month, and move to a 3, 6 or 12-month plan only once you know it earns its place.
Read this before you choose a prepaid plan

The 3, 6 and 12-month plans are cheaper per month because you are paying for the whole term up front. That payment is final: if you cancel partway through, access simply runs to the end of the term you bought, and the unused portion is not refunded. If you are not sure yet, start monthly.

3. Payments are final

Subscription payments are not refunded. That includes where:

  • you change your mind after paying, whether on day one or later in a month or a prepaid term;
  • you stop using the platform, or use less of it than you expected to;
  • you cancel partway through a month or a prepaid 3, 6 or 12-month term — the unused portion is not refunded, and access simply runs to the end of that term;
  • a renewal goes through on a plan you meant to cancel but did not. Cancelling is self-service and takes a few seconds, so please do it before the renewal date rather than after;
  • a third-party service you use with the platform (for example a freelancing marketplace or an AI provider) changes, limits or withdraws what it offers.

There is no refund button in the app and no refund process to apply to, because there is nothing to apply for. The one exception is money taken in error, which is covered in section 6 and is always returned.

4. Cancelling your subscription

Log in, go to Billing, and choose Cancel subscription. You do not need to email us, give notice or give a reason.

  • Future billing stops. Cancelling instructs PayFast to stop the recurring debit, so no further payment is taken.
  • You keep what you paid for. Access is not cut off on the spot. It continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and the Billing page shows you that date.
  • No cancellation fee. None, on any plan. No notice period and no early-termination charge.
  • Changed your mind? While the subscription is still running you can choose Resume subscription on the same page and it will renew as normal.

5. If a cancellation cannot be completed automatically

Cancelling has to be accepted by PayFast before we treat your subscription as cancelled. If PayFast rejects that instruction, or we have no valid PayFast reference on file for your subscription, the app will tell you so on the spot and your subscription will be left exactly as it was — still active, and still due to be billed.

We will never show you a false confirmation

We do not mark a subscription cancelled unless PayFast has actually accepted the instruction. Saying “cancelled” while a debit order is still running would be the worst possible outcome for you, so the app fails loudly instead.

If you see that message, email gareth@omnigrowthbpo.com or call +27 65 865 3451 and Gareth will stop the billing from our side. Include the email address on your account. If a payment is taken after you told us to cancel and before we managed to stop it, we return that payment — see section 6.

6. Money taken in error

This is the one situation in which money goes back, and it has no time limit. Money that should never have left your account comes back whenever we find out about it. We will return a payment where:

  • you were charged twice for the same period;
  • you were charged after a cancellation we had accepted, or after we failed to action a cancellation you asked for;
  • you were charged an amount other than the plan price you agreed to;
  • we could not deliver the access you paid for at all;
  • we close or suspend your account without cause partway through a term you have paid for — we return the unused portion;
  • the law requires it.

Corrections are made through PayFast, back to the same card or account the payment came from, in South African Rand (ZAR). The owner processes it by hand in the PayFast merchant dashboard, so email gareth@omnigrowthbpo.com from the address on your account and we will deal with it within one business day, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 South African Standard Time (SAST). Once submitted, the money typically reflects within 5 to 10 working days; that timing is set by PayFast and your bank, not by us.

7. Your rights under South African law

Nothing in this policy takes away a right you have by law, and nothing in it is meant to override the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002. Where the law gives you a right that goes further than this policy, the law wins.

Section 44 of the ECT Act gives consumers seven days to cancel certain electronic transactions. That right has exclusions, and they generally cover digital services the consumer has already started using — which is what happens here, because the whole platform opens the moment you pay. Where the section 44 right, or any other statutory right, does apply to your transaction, we honour it.

The Consumer Protection Act also gives certain cancellation rights, including on fixed-term agreements. Our plans have no lock-in — you can cancel at any time — and we do not charge a cancellation penalty of any kind. If you believe a right of yours applies, email us and say so; we would rather sort it out with you than argue about it.

8. Promotional codes and free months

Free access granted by a promotional code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. If a promotional code reduced what you paid, any correction under section 6 is limited to the amount actually charged to you. Access granted entirely by a promotional code involves no payment, so there is nothing to return.

9. Billing problems and chargebacks

If a charge looks wrong, email gareth@omnigrowthbpo.com or call +27 65 865 3451 first. Include the email address on your account, the date and amount of the charge, and the PayFast reference from your confirmation if you have it. We aim to reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 South African Standard Time (SAST).

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback takes weeks, costs us a dispute fee, and an email fixes a genuine billing error faster — a person reads it the same business day. If you do raise one, we will respond to your bank with the payment record, and we may suspend access to the account while it is being investigated. A chargeback raised instead of cancelling — for a subscription you used and were correctly billed for — will be disputed.
